He was predeceased by : his niece Mary Jones; and his close friend Betty Sue Barber. He is survived by : his daughters, Rhonda Garner (Jennifer) and Janet Garner-Hayles (Nicki); his grandchildren, Taylor, Anissa, Matthew, Jameson and Watson; his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Autumn, Hunter and Caroline; his parents, Jasper Garner and Audrey Garner; and his siblings, Quenton Garner, Larry Garner Jasper Garner (Fuzzy), Linda Scott, Patsy Meacham, Stanley Garner and W. J. Garner.

Donations to the Wounded Warrior Project in honor of Jimmy Garner in lieu of flowers are requested.
