She is survived by: her parents, Jimmy Ott of Broxton, GA and Peggy McCallum Ott of Broxton, GA; her daughter Adalyn Smith of Fitzgerald, GA; her brother John Ott (Tiffany) of Broxton, GA.; and her grandfather Jordan McCallum of Broxton, GA..
