He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Jack Wooten Jr. and Eloise Henderson; and his brother Anthony Wooten. He is survived by: his children, Christy Wooten of Douglas, GA, Scotty J. Wooten (Candace) of Broxton, GA and Jason Wooten; and his siblings, Sheriff Doyle Wooten (Linda) of Douglas, GA, Ray Tanner of Douglas, GA, Donald Tanner of Douglas, GA, Patricia Tanner of Douglas, GA, Brenda Tanner of Douglas, GA, Jeanie Paulk (Dewayne) of Douglas, GA, Denise Waldron (Bryan) of Douglas, GA and Charlene Moore (Mike) of Nicholls, GA. He is also survived by five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
