He is survived by: his daughter Carmella Wright (Clifford) of Brunswick, GA; his siblings, Elizabeth Nelson of Union Springs, AL and George Nelson of Detroit; his close friend Francis G; his sisters-in-law, Rosa Mae Nelson and Etta Nelson; and his grandchildren, Sonya Anderson, Tonya of Washington, Deyvonndra Jones (Lavell) and Charles, Jr. (Carrie) of Washington. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family members.
