She is survived by: her children, Chuck Rush, Michael Rush, Brian Westberry (Jill) and Stacy Calbreath (Michael); her grandchildren, John, Jones, Craig, Courtney, Karissa (Joe), Anthony and Miranda; her great grandchild Rory James; and her siblings, Mary Goodwin (Emmett), Connie Amerson (Oscar), Charles Nicholson, Jr. (Valerie), Loretta Nicholson and Frederick Nicholson (Elizabeth). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
