He is survived by: his wife Peggy Gibbs; his children, Grayson Gibbs (Mary) and Jennie Middleton (Ray); his grandchildren, Georgia Dess (David) and Max Gibbs (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Amelia Gibbs and Dahvi Dess; and his sister Virginia Hart of Jacksonville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
