She was predeceased by: her parents, L. V. Roberson and Sibyl Roberson; her husband Joseph A. Pitts; her daughter Evelyn P. Padgett; and her siblings, Bernice Brannen, Vernon Roberson and Lucian Roberson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jo Padgett Buckley (Hank) of Metter, Ben T. Padgett, III (Cynthia) of Pooler, Patrick L. Padgett (Andrea) of Savannah and Michael J. Padgett (Robyn) of Richmond Hill; her great grandchildren, Heather of Savannah, Candace Buckley of Savannah, Amanda of Savannah, Ashley of Savannah, Clayton Padgett of Savannah, Jason of Richmond Hill and Rebekah Padgett of Richmond Hill; and her great great grandchild McKay Padgett of Savannah.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral will be a private family ceremony.
