She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Reverend Grover C. Meeks; her grandson Landen Christopher Swain; her sons-in-law, Lewis Jerry Johnson and Leon L. Causey, Jr.; her sister Brunell Odom Hutcheson; her parents, Thomas William Odom and Bessie Winge Odom; her grandchildren, Candace Michelle Jones (David), Angela Amy Causey, Gregory Eric Williams (Annette), Andrew Harold Williams (Taylor Troemel), Justin Christopher Hale (Candy Ramirez) and Gabrielle Johnson (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Alexandria Khalen Jones, Eric Philip Wesley Potter, James Andrew Gregory Potter, Aubrey Nicole Johnson, Aaron Kristopher Jones, Bryan David Jones, II, Jacob "Jake" Ryan Johnson, Jr., Logan Drew Williams and Penelope Ann Swain; and her sister Juanita Odom Horne. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
