It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael B. Wells Jr. of Buena Vista, Georgia, who passed away on June 16, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael B. Wells, Sr. and Nettilee Highnote Wells; his siblings, Glenn Wells, Jim Wells, Ethel Helms, Louise Duke, Margie Spears and Linda Joiner; and his grandson Alexander Michael Bluestone.

He is survived by : his wife Deanie; his children, Perry Wells (Leslie) of Macon, GA, Patricia Bluestone (Stan McGlaun) of Celina, TN, Randy Wells (Linda) of Atlanta, GA, David Wells (Sandy) of Buena Vista, GA and Julie Brown (Frank) of Buena Vista, GA.; and his great grandchildren, Olivia McDonald, Pace McKarvich and Isla McDonald.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church at Union United Methodist Church c/o Jean Powell, 952 Harts Mill Road Buena Vista, GA 31803.
