He was predeceased by: his mother Filomena Rodriguez; his wife Dorothy J. Mathis Pagan; his sisters, Felicita Pagan and Petra Mendez; and his sons, Natividad R. Pagan, Jr. and Johnny Mathis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Julio Rodriguez, Ramon Rodriguez, José Rodriguez and Eloisa Cruz; his children, Felicita Pagan, Lolita Pagan, Basia Smith, Deborah Hines-Moore, Jeanette Williams, Lisa Garcia, Ricardo Pagan, Manolito Pagan and Gregory Mathis; and his siblings' children, Valentina Diaz, Magdalena Jones (Benny Jones), Margarita Mendenz, Miriam Rodriguez, Emily Cruz and Melvin Mendenz.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Way-Watson Funeral Home (1052 Dr Deryl Hart Rd, Buena Vista, GA 31803).
