He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Lee Veal and Lourette Morriss Veal. He is survived by: his wife Nell Kimsey Veal; his children, Laura Ward of Youngstown, FL and Donald Veal (Pat) of Buford, GA; his grandchildren, Kyle Ward (Theresa) of Panama City, FL, Chip Ward of Youngstown, FL, Cyndi Meadows of Niceville, FL and Megan Brown (Jason) of Nicholson, GA; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Peyton Meadows, Cooper, Ella Prosser and Chloe Ward. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
