He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Bailey Tatum of Buford, GA; his son Billy Ray Tatum (Sharon) of Flowery Branch, GA; his stepchildren, Beverly Case (Pat) of Gillsville, GA, Kim Phillips (Jeff) of Buford, GA, Beth Starkey (Bill) of Flowery Branch, GA and John Bailey (Jennifer) of Buford, GA; his grandchildren, Carla Ann Tatum, Jeremy Tatum (Kari), Joseph Tatum (Christine), Chelsea Buck (T. J.), Sonja Tatum, Kristie O'Rouke (Alan) and Gregory Tatum; his stepgrandchildren, Courtney Bragg (Brady), Erykah Case, Peyton Bain (Chris), Morgan Phillips, Madalyn Starkey, Will Starkey, Hayden Starkey, Grace Bailey and Audrey Bailey; and his sister Barbara Tatum Kozel of Flowery Branch, GA.. He is also survived by Numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
