She was predeceased by: her husband James Nickolas Caras (Jimmy); and her siblings, Rose Tomai, Ruth Robinson, Marie Sauls and Emory Martin.

She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Waller; her son-in-law Ronnie Waller; her grandchildren, Jennifer Frischen (Andrew) of Bluffton and Jim Waller (Angelia) of Santa Rosa; her great grandchildren, Weslin Kate Waller and Katelin Caras Waller; and her siblings, Mildred Pritchard and David Martin (Joyce). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
