He is survived by: his spouse Bernie Breedlove Howington; his children, Emily Howington Bailey (Tommy) and David Howington (Jodi Bryant); his grandchildren, Torrey Bailey of Flowery Branch, GA, Bridget Bailey and Cale Mathis; his siblings, Jean Jordan, Hammond, Ruth Compton, Carl Howington of Norcross, GA and Reuben Howington; and his sisters-in-law, Genevieve Breedlove of Buford, GA, Cecil Breedlove and Mildred Breedlove. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
