He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sanford Phillips of Buford, GA; his children, Jeff, Kim Phillips of Buford, GA, Leslie, Sullivan Hopkins and Scott Phillips; his grandchildren, Peyton Bain, Morgan Phillips, Carson Hopkins and Courtlyn Hopkins; his great grandchild Aurora Bain; his sister Nancy; his brother-in-law Johnny Pendley of Sugar Hill, GA; his brothers, Bobby (Edith Phillips), Herbert Phillips, Lloyd (Betty Phillips), Jerry Phillips and Wayne Phillips; and his sisters-in-law, Syble Phillips of Maysville, GA and Mavis Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
