She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph Carlisle and Mildred Wilkerson Carlisle; and her siblings, Patricia Reid and Ronnie Carlisle. She is survived by: her husband James W. Foster of Buford, GA; her daughters, Cheri Villegas of Ft. Lauderdale and Teri Megler (Mark) of Alaska; her grandchildren, Ricky Villegas, Christian Megler, Victoria Behymer and Matthew Megler; and her siblings, Sylvia McSwain (Ronald) of Memphis, TN, Judy Saunders (William) of Memphis, TN and Larry Carlisle (Polly) of Memphis, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
