He is survived by: his mother Helen Geraldine Anthony Gibbs (Bill) of Oxford, GA; his son Chris Harper (Kaye) of Jesup, GA; his stepgrandchildren, Aden and Kaley; his sisters, Gail Robinson of Peachtree City, GA, Pam and Rickie Smith of Tullahoma, TN; his uncle Richard; and his aunt Linda Wiley of Peachtree Corners, GA. He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
