He is survived by: his children, Tristyn and Addie Poteat of Buford, GA; the mother of his children Kristy Peppers of Buford, GA; his stepfather Cameron Pruitt of Lawrenceville, GA; his father Ric Poteat of Helen, GA; his grandparents, George, Kathy Kirchner of Braselton, GA and Freeda Poteat Schinn of Sebring, FL; his siblings, Jessica, Dustin Still of Jefferson, GA, Connor Poteat of Buford, GA, Allen, Kim Poteat of Loganville, GA, Josh Pruitt of Dawsonville, GA, Amber Pruitt of Dawsonville, GA and Mack Pruitt of Lawrenceville, GA; and his nieces and nephews, Seth, Kinslee, Morgan, Jr., Jed and Emery. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
