He was predeceased by: his parent Winifred McMurry; his wife Maxine Berryman McMurry; and his sister Sara McMurry Barnes. He is survived by: his parent Eleanor Crouch McMurry; his daughter Nancy Uiterwyk of Dunwoody; his son-in-law Ted Uiterwyk of Dunwoody; his son Russell McMurry of Buford; his daughter-in-law Michelle McMurry of Buford; and his grandchildren, Caroline Usher, Trent Usher, John Belton Watson, Jackson Watson and Zacharey McMurry.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Mr. McMurry to the Lavonia United Methodist Church, P. O. Box 176, Lavonia, GA 30553.
