She was predeceased by : her parents, Udolphus Sikes and Martha Brown Underwood. She is survived by : her husband Henry D Taunton, Sr.; her sons, Henry Douglas, Jr. (Linda) and William Stephen Taunton, Sr. (Linda); and her grandchildren, Staci Wells (Derek), Amanda Taunton, William Stephen Taunton, Jr. (Rebecca), Laurie Elizabeth Cochran (Brent) and Courtney Anderson (Jay).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Lighthouse Community Hospice, 1029 Meredith Park Drive, McDonough GA. 30253.
