He is survived by: his parent O'Rita Toole Smith; his daughter Sandra Middlebrooks; his siblings, Leonard Smith, Gayle Davis, Rita Griffin, Patsy Joiner, Qwen Willis and Brenda Howard; and his grandchildren, Randall White, Brent Middlebrooks (Robyn), Chad White (Krista) and Brandon Middlebrooks.
