We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2018, at the age of 93, Meida Cleveland Newberry (Byron, Georgia), born in Crawford, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Louie Rice Newberry; and her siblings, Marjorie Cleveland Hughes, Hazel Walters Moseman, Thomas Winfred Cleveland and Grover Hendricks Cleveland, Jr..

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Betty Cleveland.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Children's Committee at Fort Valley First Baptist Church, 209 Miller Street Fort Valley, GA 31030.
