He was predeceased by : his wife Lynn Fountain Mullis; and his grandparents, Blanton Mullis, J. F. Mullis and Breace Mullis. He is survived by : his parents, Lynn Mullis of Cedar Grove and Zell Mullis Hester (Tommy) of East Dublin; his stepfather Ronnie Skipper of Dexter; his children, Cameron Mullis of Cadwell and Kirsi Mullis of Cadwell; his sister Kristle Smith (Derrick) of Glenwood; his nephews, Aiden Rowland and Holden Smith of Glenwood; his niece Ashton Rowland of East Dublin; his aunt Joanne Cheek of Hawkinsville; and his cousins, Donnie and Denise Mullis.
