He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Holland and Mary Davidson Holland; his former wife Hilda Holland; and his siblings, Wilbur Holland, Roy Holland, James Holland and Grace Hart.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Holland of Cadwell; his daughters, Kathy Sullivan (Ed) of Charlotte, NC, Patricia Holland of Savannah and Julie Harper (Brett) of Dalton; his stepdaughter Denise Strickland (Danny) of Dexter; his grandchildren, Ashley Sullivan of Charlotte, NC and Andrew Sullivan of Nashville, TN; his sister Montine Taylor of Dublin; and his close friend Sammy Braswell. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
The family of Mr. Holland, and the staff of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home, respectfully ask all in attendance to follow social distancing guidelines and wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions to Dexter Baptist Church or to Serenity Hospice.
