He is survived by: his wife Diana Radney Richards of Cairo; his children, Debbie Trammell of Wimbleton, NC, Scott Radney (Belle) of Meigs, Jeffrey Radney of Douglas, Frank L. Richards, Jr. of Cairo and Melinda Curles of Douglas; his grandchildren, Jaime Hale, Sarah Radney, John Trammell, Danielle Watkins, Grant Hughes, Lexie Curles, Lilah Dixon, Frank Richards, III (Pace), Hunter Richards, Haley Richards, Gage Radney and Bella Radney; and his siblings, Caroline Richards, Scott Richards (Brenda), Steve Richards, William Dale (Bill) and Bridges (Tessy). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
