He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Hazel Gooch; his wife Connie Joiner of Cairo, GA; and his sons, Kevin Joiner of Cairo, GA and Rodney Joiner (Amy) of Deltona, FL. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren.
