She was predeceased by: her mother Holly Ripple Page Hurst; and her sister Suzette Hurst. She is survived by: her father Perry Winfred Hurst, Sr. (Jean); her husband Michael Jerome Cook; her children, Franny Edenfield and Berry Dale Lee; and her grandchildren, Sarah-Jean Graham Lee, Holly Kathrine Lee and Temprance Rae Lee. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
