It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mayo C Plymel of Cairo, Georgia, born in Thomasville, Georgia, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Plymel and Lillie Mae Davis Plymel; his former wife Pleaty Plymel; and his siblings, Carlton Plymel, Eva Mae Daniels and Thelma Goldings.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Young Plymel; his children, Glenn Cain (Anna) of Moultrie, Yvonne Stillwell (Chris) of Summerville, SC. and Sherri Crawford (Jonathan) of Coolidge; his grandchildren, Brandon Cain, Crystal, Rando Motley, Mary Stillwell, Ryan Stillwell, Heather Stillwell, Summer Stillwell, Karma, Joey Knight, Caitlin West and Aidan Crawford; his great grandchild Kian Knight; and his nieces and nephews, Todd, Amanda Young, Terrianne Brumblow and Ray Plymel.
