He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hurst and Beatrice Gilliard Hurst; his former wife Holly Hurst; his daughters, Suzette Hurst and Judy Cook; and his brother Henry Eugene Hurst.
He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Perry Winfred Hurst, Jr. (Wendy), Pamela Folsom (Lynwood) and Sheri Odum; and his siblings, Frances Baggett and Rob Hurst. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
