With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Wayne Bowers of Cairo, Georgia, born in Hollywood, Florida, who passed away on November 17, 2021 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John K. Bowers and Imogene Mainor Shockley. He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra Withers (Ray) of Newton, GA and Diane Phelps (Allen) of Cairo, GA; and his friend Rayford Hester of Cairo, GA. He is also survived by loving niece and nephews along with extended family.
