He was predeceased by: his parents, Bailey Welch and Elizabeth Welch; and his wife Lucille Welch. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Donna Knight (Eddie), Valarie Harrison (Brian), Reese Welch, Roxie Clark (Brian), Rebecca Welch, Chaske Welch (Amber) and Blake Welch; and also, Bruce Welch (Diane), Brenda Roberson and Blane Welch (Tonya). He is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
