She was predeceased by: her parents, A. P. "Cap" Beamer and Myrtis Johnson Beamer; her siblings, Helen Beamer Hobgood (Trammell) and James P. Beamer (Elnora); and her siblings' children, Diane Hobgood Trammell, Anita Beamer Weldon and Winston Hobgood.

She is survived by: her sibling's children, Philip Beamer (June) of Calhoun and Dorothy Veach of Anniston, Alabama.
