It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Michael Nance Sr. (Calhoun, Georgia), who passed away on July 10, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Nance and Floy Dooly Nance; his grandson Isaiah Michael Nance; and his siblings, Virginia Sloan, Joan Patterson, John R. Nance, Bud Nance and Stroud Nance.
He is survived by: his wife Nina Marie Fletcher Nance; his children, Shannon Nance, Adam Nance of Dalton and Mike Nance; his grandsons, Zeke and Isaac Nance of Resaca; and his sisters, Martha Lynn Edwards, Pat Franklin and Darlene Longley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
