He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Franklin Campbell, Sr. and Wanda Davis Campbell; and his siblings, Diane Townsend and Anthony Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Gina Shugart Campbell; his children, Megan Salmon (Jordan) and Drew Campbell (Hallie); his grandchildren, Knox and Mia Salmon; and his siblings, Judy Trotter, Mary Lois Edgemond, Dan Campbell (Sandy) and Charles Campbell (Ruth). He is also survived by several brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews.
The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers, donation be made to the Haven Health Women's Clinic in Mr. Oscar's honor.
