She was predeceased by : her husband Joseph Havelka. She is survived by : her children, Vicky Havelka and Dr. Greg Havelka (Karen); her grandsons, Matt and Brad (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Everley Jo and Owen; and her sister-in-law Jean Svoboda.
