He is survived by: his father Fred Ballweg; his daughter Jeanne Gilbert; his stepson Johnny Shiftlet; his sisters-in-law, Sandra Ballweg and Mary Ballweg; his children, Gregory Lee, Russell Ballweg, Angela Lee and Tiffany Harrison (Dusty); his stepchildren, Amy Lynn Shiflet-Whitworth and James Cornelius; his brothers, Fred (Mary Louise), Sigurd (Wendy), Russell (Lynn), David and Danny Ballweg; his sister-in-law Linda Ballweg; his daughter Patricia Jenkins; his grandchildren, Holly Mizell-Fitzgerald, Kourtney, James Mizell, Ethen Harrison, Allee Gaylor, Liberty, Taegan, Kayden and Jasper Ballweg; his children, Haleigh, Andy Lee and Matthew Dykes; his great grandchild Macy Sirmons; and his stepgrandchildren, Russell Shiftlet, Dalton Anderson, Waylon Adcock, Devin and Chaz Cornelius. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
