He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Brown and Bettie Brown. He is survived by: his wife Pam Brown; his children, Cassie Anderson, Scott Harper and Sean Harper; his grandchildren, Ben Anderson, Bailey Harper, Kaydence Harper, Tyler Harper and Jessica Harper; and his sister Cynthia Brown Brittain. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
