It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Holcomb Grimes of Canton, Georgia, who passed away on January 15, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Davis Grimes; her parents, Rev. Carl Holcomb, Sr. and Colleen Holcomb; and her granddaughter Lonna Green. She is survived by: her children, James Grimes, Lavonia Covington (Phil) and Donald Grimes (Sherry); her grandchildren, J. D., Harley and Drew; and her siblings, Carl Holcombe, Jr., Barbara Guffey, Patricia Carr, Ronnie Holcomb and David Holcomb. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Due to COVID-19 facial coverings are required, no food is permitted and chapel seating is limited to 50 people.
