He was predeceased by: his father Paul Payne. He is survived by: his brother Doug Payne (Betty); his nieces, Wanda Wilson and Janet Jordan (Scott); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Robert Wilson (Jessica), Angel Wilson Rodriguez (Manuel), Jerad Wilson (Tiffany), Zack Jordan and Due.
