He is survived by: his wife Pam Woodell of Canton, GA; his children, John H. Woodell, Jr., Christopher S. Bennett, Joshua A. Bennett, Jeremiah D. Bennett, Laura Woodell Bragalone of Conway, AR, Rosemary Woodell Wells of Monticello, AR, Joyce Woodell Ghormley of Rowlett, TX, Dr. Therese L. Bennett and Carrie A. Kruger; and his siblings, James Woodell of Searcy, AR, Alpha Woodell Benton of Albequerque, NM and Barbara Woodell Crabb of Cabot, AR. He is also survived by 25 Grandchildren 18 Great Grand Children.
