She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Charles C. Hayes, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Chuck Hayes (Valerie) and Heidi Martin (David); her grandchildren, Chad Hayes (Tanna), Derek Martin (Heidi) of Matt Hayes, J. T, Colom (Ashlea), Hilary Cuevas (Justin), Dillon Martin and Natalie Colom; and her siblings, Roberta Poellein and Dick Pemble (Vivian). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
