He was predeceased by: his wife Lib Epperson. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Epperson and John Epperson (Nancy); and his siblings, Lucinda Stern, Letitia Blanton (Benny), Herbert Epperson (Kathy) and Coley Epperson (Maryellen). He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
