It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ola Lee Nelson of Canton, Georgia, who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ola Lee Nelson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Earl Nelson; her son David Nelson; her parents, John Rampley and Agnes Rampley; and her siblings, Roy Rampley, Buck Rampley, Johnny Rampley and Annie Childers.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene Fortner (William), Vickie Ghorley (Dean), Ricky Nelson (Helen), Patti Nations (Mark), Mickey Nelson (Terri) and Kristie Eubanks (Nelson); her siblings, Dan Rampley, Obie Rampley, Mozella Childers, Rachel Champion and Mamie Childers; and her siblings-in-law, Alene and Max Padgett. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
