He is survived by: his wife Peggy M. Epps; his son Ralph Edward Epps; his grandchildren, William Sheppard (Laura) and Rachel Bryan (Nathan); his great grandchildren, Matthias Bryan and Lunarae Bryan (Goldsboro); and his siblings, Jerry F. Epps, Jr. (Marguerite) and Catherine Hensley (Don). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
