He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Higdon Howard and Allefair Page Howard; and his wife Ferne Howard. He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Williams (Jeffrey), Deborah Helms and Darlene Howard; his grandchildren, Nathan Williams (Kimberly), Tristan Williams, Logan Williams (Emily) and Surina Reynolds (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Caleb, Peyton Reynolds and Marcus Ransom Williams.
