He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Rutledge and Leona Rutledge; his grandson Dusty Harmon; and his siblings, Allen Rutledge and Evelyn Gaddis.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Rutledge; his son Ronnie; his daughter-in-law Sherri Rutledge; his son Lamar; his daughter-in-law Lisa Rutledge; his daughter Tammy; his son-in-law Damon Harmon; and his siblings, Ray Rutledge, Margie Dobson, Betty Jean Swaine and Elaine Zubiena. He is also survived by Grandchildren - 6 Great Grand Children - 11 Cousins - Several Nieces and Nephews.
