It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Carlton Forward of Canton, Georgia, who passed away on September 18, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Forward and Helen Forward. He is survived by: his wife Denise B. Forward; his children, Kelly Benzel (Jay), Kristina Bazargan-Forward (Saba), Scott Forward, Jr. (Catalina Rivera), Paul Forward (Emily Henderson) and Jenafer McCauley (Michael); his grandchildren, Caroline, Julissa, Jacob, Ethan, Jailynn, Madison, Ryan and Callan; and his siblings, Paula Rhew (Edward) and Mark Forward (Peggy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
