He was predeceased by: his son Little Tim; and his siblings, Clinton Botts, Charles Botts and Jo Davis. He is survived by: his wife Candy Botts; his children, William Botts (Mary Beth), Jamie Botts (Brandi), Justin Botts (Natalie) and Marie Botts; his grandchildren, Dakota, Brandon, Mason, Grace, Nattie, Jaidee, Kaylynn, Wyatt, Drew, Brantley and Memphis; his siblings, Robert Botts, Shorty Botts and Bo Botts; and his sisters-in-law, Cathy Key and Cora Warren. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
