He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Randolph and James Edward Randolph Sr.; his brother James Edward Randolph Jr.; and his nephew John Brian Randolph. He is survived by: his wife Andrea; his children, David Randolph (Carrie) and Heather Murphy (Jackson); his brother George Randolph (J. Faye); his grandchildren, Alyse, Ava, Jack and Kate; his sibling's children, Beth McCullough and James "Tres" Randolph III; and his cousins, Michael Wilson, Christine Ann Dietsch and Myra Bates.
