He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Reynolds and Willard Murphy Reynolds; his son Billy J. Reynolds; and his grandson Brian. He is survived by: his granddaughter Jennifer Reynolds; his children, Randy Reynolds of Good Hope, GA and Janice Flowers of Conyers, GA; his grandchildren, Kelly, Jason, Chad, Chris, Jessica, Allie and Tiffany; and his niece Marie M. Perry. He is also survived by Eleven great-grandchildren.
